This is a story my brother wrote. You should read it. It's really good. My dad posted it on his web-log just to show how proud of him he was. So I'm doing the same.

The Haunted Bus

This story begins as a normal bus ride home, but before we go on, we must first here the most important bus rule ever DON’T STAY ON THE BUS AT NIGHT. We must also meet our characters: Evan Taylor and Richy Phiffer.

As Richy and Evan got off the bus they realized that they had left something. They rushed to the bus to get what they had left. When they got it the bus was moving, so they could not get off the bus and go home. Since the bus driver did not notice them they got locked in and had to spend the night in the bus.

All of a sudden they were awakened at midnight, luckily Evan had one of his flashlight key chains in his pocket so they could see. When Evan pointed at the ceiling with his key chain, he saw that the bus decorations were alive. Then Evan and Richy screamed “AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

” The bus decorations were skeletons, bats and spiders, they were attacking us. We wanted to get away from the evil decorations by going to the back of the bus where there was an emergency exit. We opened the back door of the bus and closed the door and ran like crazy. Then when we were running home we saw one of the bus decorations was chasing after us. The decoration that was chasing after us was the skeleton that was in the front of the bus.

We stopped for a moment and it caught up with us and said “I gotcha now!” Richy and Evan had to fight the skeleton to get away. So they fought as hard as they could and finally escaped and wished that was only a bad dream. When they finally got home they went to there own beds. From then on they never left anything on the bus again.
